What will you do?

Main Purpose

 

Responsible for:

 

· The implementation of CPOMS and other related systems

· Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction

· Complying with data privacy legislation

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Customer Service

 

Responsible for:

 

· Supporting the Professional Services Manager and the wider Team with all administration tasks.

· Processing Orders

· Sanity checking information

· Setting up of CPOMS and other related systems

· Updating and maintaining customer databases using Salesforce and internal systems.

· Managing the Professional Services email inbox and actioning all correspondence.

· Delivery of CPOMS StaffSafe SCR sessions as and when required.

· Emailing and answering/making telephone calls relating to the implementation and usage of systems as well as other Professional Services duties.

· Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.

· Contributing fairly to all departmental goals.

Privacy

 

Responsible for:

 

· Attending training, listening to guidance & communications and other resources to understand your responsibilities in relation to the processing and protection of Personal Information and comply with the CPOMS Privacy Policy

· Being aware of how to identify risks and the regulatory requirements relating to Personal Information processed and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate and manage them

· Responsible for complying with all Company rules, policies & procedures

 

Other

 

· The job holder is required to carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Customer Service & Sales.
