The Professional Services-Temp is a key position to support Raptor Technologies during the K12 busy season to ensure a successful implementation for our clients. This position will be working 32 hours per week and will be on assignment from June 3rd – December 13th.  

Job Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Perform system configuration tasks as requested. 
• Assist with the upkeep and management of Salesforce.  
• Assist with analysis of large amounts of data.  
• Assist with triage of customer requests and questions. 
• Assist with system troubleshooting as needed. 

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business related or technical field.  
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think technically.  
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer facing or technical role.
