Resonsibilities:
Ruby on Rails (> 6.1)
VueJS 3
Modern Javascript (> ES6) & Typescript
MariaDB or MySQL
Azure
You should have several years of experience working in a product-driven, agile environment. A proven track record of delivering quality products is essential, and you should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of Ruby, and Ruby on Rails, and not be afraid to get your hands dirty in the frontend.
Your professionalism and drive should be second to none, and your communication skills are top drawer. A real collaborator, you can integrate seamlessly into a tight team and support and encourage your colleagues.
Essentials
At least three years working with Ruby and/or Ruby on Rails
Strong knowledge of HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience working in an Agile team
Excellent communication skills
A willingness to travel to Leeds for occasional meetups
Desirables
Experience working with JavaScript frameworks, such as VueJS
Knowledge and experience of TDD
MacBook Pro and any peripherals you may need
